  • You want to go fishing 🎏 with the guys and have a cpl beers/dinner with the ladies and some wine? 🍷Reward yourself! Go to the gym quick with a friend for an HR then head out and enjoy yourself.
  • Key is to stay consistent but reward yourself and make sure the journey is enjoyable.
